Estimated delivery date = When will my order arrive?

The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered (how long it takes us to create and prepare them for dispatch), and the transit time (how long the package is typically in transit with the delivery company).
Processing time + Carrier transit time = Estimated Delivery Date

Processing time

Processing time for most products is 3 to 5 days.
All orders are shipped with Posten / Bring shipping carrier from Norway as small letters (weight up to 2kg).

Carrier transit time

Due to conflicts, delivery times may vary from country to country. See examples of how long it can take from filed to handed over:
Nordic region: 4–7 days depending on country
Europe: 4–9 days depending on country
United States: 4–8 days
China: 5–12 days
Rest of the world: 5–10 days

In addition to the usual stated delivery time, you must add extra days, see examples below. Posten / Bring can not guarantee the stated delivery time.
Nordic countries: 0–3 days depending on country
Europe: 2–10 days depending on country
USA: 2–7 days
China: 5–12 days
Rest of the world: 2–10 days

Packages cannot be shipped to these countries

Due to the restrictions and flight cancellations, cannot send Parcel abroad to these countries.
Packages out of Norway are affected by flight cancellations, and we are currently unable to ship to some countries.
Delays must be expected at several destinations. In addition to the regular delivery time, you may expect longer delivery time. All our partners do their best to deliver on time

Tracking

International orders

Orders are sent as small letters (weight up to 2kg), Posten / Bring shipping carrier offers tracking information only until parcel leaves Norway.
After that, once parcel is checked through your country's customs, you can contact your local shipping carrier with tracking number supplied upon order completion in order to track your order.

Domestic orders - Norway

Orders are sent as small letters and therefore tracking is not available.
